Withdrawal & Returns

We want to make sure that your purchase with us goes as smoothly as possible. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, we have a simple 14-day returns policy. Here’s how it works:

Note:

If your EquiStair® stirrup contains a personalized engraving, a return is unfortunately excluded! You can find more information on this in the withdrawal policy.

Product preparation

Place the unused stirrups in the original packaging and pack the product securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Return form

Download the withdrawal form from our website, fill it out and put it in the shipping box

Shipping

The shipping costs for the return shipment will be borne by you.

Please select a shipping service provider of your choice and make sure that you choose an insured shipping method that covers the value of your order.

Parcels returned freight collect will not be accepted by our team and will be returned to the sender!

Processing the return:

After receiving your return package, we will check the contents and inform you by e-mail about everything else.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for products with personalized engravings (see our Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy for details). We review each incoming inquiry individually and will respond as soon as possible.
